Tax Filing Time Is Here- Free Tax Filing Help

Well, with the new year comes the inevitable and rarely pleasant task of filing our income tax return for the previous year. For many of us, this means sitting with our tax preparer, buying a tax prep program, or worst of all, sitting down with a calculator and pencil and filling out paper forms ourselves.

I've located another option that might be just what you are looking for. The H&R, TaxAct, and Turbotax websites offer you the option to fill out your own taxes for free! Also, free e-filing is included. To be eligible for free federal income tax filing you need:

Making Site Improvements

This is just a short notice for you. We have been very busy lately, making improvements to the site.

First, you will now notice that at the bottom of many pages, you will see links that allow you to send articles to a friend's (or your own) email. Also, there are links for printer-friendly versions of the page; useful for when you want to print out something like an event notice without all of the surrounding page frames.

Restaurant Menus Are Here!

You can now see the full menus of the restaurants that are on the OVToday website. Just click on the "menus" link on the top of the page.

Although the coding was a bit more difficult than we anticipated, we are now busy putting on the menus we have available and filling them in with the various items. Also, although the coding itself is done and you will be able to see the menus, please remember that we still have to do the basic layout to make it "pretty" and that the restaurants will be adding additional content such as pictures of the dishes, etc.

(Of course, if you find some place or thing you really want to let others know about on this site, hit the contact menu button and pass it on to us.)...

AdenaNews.com- REAL Home Town Pride

I have found what I consider to be a "must see" website. You can take my word for one thing: Operating a website can take a lot of time and effort. So when I find one that has the depth of information found at AdenaNews.com, it is a combination of admiration of the effort needed and pride at the fact that it is an Adena resident doing it. The site is managed in its entirety by Carol Bednar.
